Role Summary:
The Senior Project Officer will lead the implementation of business development, employment, and innovation programs in Hargeisa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely reports and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Shaqodoon in meetings with government, INGOs, and private sector partners.
• Coordinate business coaching, training, and support for SMEs.
• Develop crowdfunding strategies and execute campaigns.
• Support internships and job placements for university and TVET graduates.
• Build strong partnerships with local businesses, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate projects, submitting regular reports and success stories.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, SMEs development, or crowdfunding.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media campaign management.
• Experience in fundraising and community outreach.
• Must be a resident of Hargeisa.
