Project Manager – Somalia (Kismayo, Galkayo, Mogadishu)

Role Overview:
Arche noVa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of WASH/DRR and FSL projects in Somalia. This position requires frequent travel to project sites and coordination with local authorities, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards in project implementation.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial records.
• Oversee the quality of WASH facilities and ensure timely implementation.
• Foster collaboration and communication with local stakeholders and communities.
• Conduct training sessions and build the capacity of staff and community members.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including monthly, interim, and final reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing WASH/DRR projects, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of WASH, gender inclusion, and humanitarian project management.
• Fluency in English and Somali (written and spoken).
• Experience working in insecure or volatile environments is a plus.
